To clarify I was talking about a 12 month period buying CKF now. That is to say this time next year you would receive your 3rd dividend payment likely to be in the order of 14-15c (total) with a 50% payout with franking grossing that up to near 20% return for a 12 month period of time. Of course this would be non recurring going forward in the next 12 months.
