hally, yes, we did that with a Citibank mortgage cheque account in the nineties. Worked fine for us, Citibank credit card, Citibank m'gage, just did a cheque for the credit card bit once a month. Both salaries straight off the loan every month (until bub no.1 started to appear) minimised the interest too.
