    DIRECTOR: GMT: Board Change Announced

Goodman (NZ) Limited ("GNZ"), the Manager of Goodman Property Trust has
announced a change to its Board.

Non-Executive Director James Hodgkinson has resigned from the Board of GNZ to
pursue other opportunities within the Goodman Group. The resignation is
effective from 1 July 2012 and includes his directorship of GMT Bond Issuer
    Limited.

Chairman of GNZ, Keith Smith, said "Mr Hodgkinson has made a significant
contribution to the success of GMT over the last 8 years and he leaves the
role with the gratitude and best wishes of the Board and Management."

John Dakin is to replace James Hodgkinson in the newly created role of
Executive Director. The appointment is in addition to his responsibilities as
    Chief Executive Officer.

Keith Smith, said "Mr Dakin's range of skills and detailed knowledge of the
Trust's operations will enhance the overall governance of GMT. His
appointment is welcomed by the Board and is consistent with the structure
adopted by many leading listed entities."

The non-independent status of both James Hodgkinson and John Dakin means the
composition of the Board is unchanged and a majority of Independent Directors
    is maintained.
