True JC its the great hope at the moment, it is some what comforting to know large firms are willing to get on at 2c, no doubt there is more to the Thr story. I got jumped on pretty hard for saying the DFS isn't that great and I probably shouldn't have used the word dog but I think in time the opinion on HC will change and people will agree its average at best, I would love for it to go ahead but I'm not going to jump on here and say great off take and finance are a formality as its not true IMO, it will be a master stroke for MB if he gets anywhere with Molyhill.
