Maybe you need to re-read my post before you shoot from the hip! Sedco is in dispute with NXS over a cancelled drilling contract regarding the TOL. Here is an extract from NXS ann. to the ASX on 6 July 2011 regarding the TOL "prior to termination Nexus expressed concerns about TOL's maintenance and safety"
