Our major shareholders have invested their millions without a DFS so it follows that they were satisfied with what CDU has and saw no need to defer their share purchases before a DFS was produced.

At one point the nay sayers were calling for a BFS but Wayne was able to raise the capital he required without approaching banks. The financial crisis would have made it difficult, if not impossible, to raise capital from this source anyway. The CDU office in China proved its worth.
