A manipulation it may well be. But from little things big things grow [we dream]. It is by no means a significant sign of greater things to come. In the current investment climate I would not be surprised if ROB tries to find a way to let their Mongolian option lapse. After all, ROB is just one step away from a 'SHELL'company. But for the bottom feeders @ .005c.to a move of maybe,.01c. is a good return.
