in nsw we had a housing boom and still the state gov couldnt manage to bulid enough houses-----
the worst gov in the history of australia probably did more to save its economy than the mining boom---pmsl
have a look at what has happened to the gold coast----
they had a housing boom and like everywhere else they built too many
