    BTC appears it is shaping up for an ASX listiung rule 12.3 cash box shell company, and currently with POOLED DEVELOPMENT FUND status.

    WOW, is this opportunity of the decade for a back door listing suitor to accumulate ?

    Directors valuation 30 June 2012 @ 6 point 61 cents/share.
    Should it be trading at a premium to that ?
