    TCG, like you say its dreamtime at this stage but if successful the interconnected realtionship between Neon/ENI/Petrovietnam/Gazprom and now Essar could be very useful for data sharing and economies of scale when it comes to production platforms, pipelines and other significant infrastructure....a win win for them all.
