the whole BFS appears to be based on project finance already done and dusted
you cant calculate an IRR etc on a leveraged basis without making assumptions about the debt side of things i.e. debt/equity ratio,interest rate etc
the announcement actually says "can readily service the Company's Project Finance Facility"
so finance is either already locked in or the announcement needs to be corrected. Either way they should have stated their debt assumptions in the annoncement
they need to increase production rates to get more attention, 50koz pa isnt enough
