Africa - there are plenty of REE's in Africa. That is the most likely place where China will seek non-domestic supply, IMO.
The answer to the question at the top of this thread is a bit obvious isn't it? Of course the REE bubble has burst. Check the charts. Not that that necessarily discludes another bubble from occurring in the future.
