Even though 2013 may in fact be the required Kronos actual plant upgrade completion date I find it difficult to understand why, anyone would be selling at 2.9c or even wish to sell at all, pending a future Company announcement which surely can be only a few days away now!!
After all I would expect the Company is required to inform the market on all financial matters, particually including any share dilusion situations, which is certainly on the cards now.
