Like me and others, he is only peed off at Mercer's continued lack of communication at key times and regular excuses for not achieving his many 'confident' predictions.

Why can't he just say what is happening and not just cross his fingers and hope for the best as deadlines approach even when blind freddy can see that there are unexpected hitches and delays highly likely.
