serial acquirers

Buckley & Co. seem to be serial aquirers. At least they are buying complimentry businesses rather than consolidating everything in their existing field of expertise. I've lost count of the number of companies they've bought over the last few years. If they made an offer for COF, I'd be very concerned. Poor shareholders in that Coy. have been trashed. Market cap of $90mill & $150mill of debt.
While our Company hasn't made a bad move for years, I'll be carefully scrutinising the next move. Still a happy s'holder, just wary, that's all.
