I don't know exactly what your legal situation is HF but Just because someone threatens a legal action should not force you to sell. Given the likelihood of a positive announcement within the next 1-2 weeks, I would be holding on regardless. It takes time to bring on an action and a defendant can easily delay for a couple of weeks. If your lawyer can't do that for you, I would be looking for a new one. BTW I don't practice in family law so I couldn't help. You would be crazy to sell at this juncture ( and your wife/ de facto is crazy trying to force it).
Also I would be loathe to give away your shares to the Mercer Pom Pom girls on this thread.
BTW REV what about all the very painful commercial deals by xx date in late 2010 and early 2011? What about the device FDA registration they were confident about? What about the appalling rush job announcement ahead of the AGM last year ( when they pieced together boardroom beauty parade slide shows from movianto and their other contractor and called it a shareholder announcement). What about the conservative billion dollars of sales ( but they didn't say over what period and then Steve the man said they would only get a couple of 100,000 this year). What about all the company " announcements" in biotech newsletters, where they would tell reporters far more than they would ever tell shareholders?
It astounds me that you guys have all blinded your self to all this. You can keep on saying all you like that the only complaint being made is that they've been a " bit late" on a few things, but it is far more than that. There is a seeming enormous difficulty in TIS effectively communicating.
I am really hoping for great things with vitrogro. I think it will do very well. But I am not going to go into a complete state of denial about how this company has been operating over the last 2 plus years. I also don't see how you all think it is healthy to try to cripple any debate by personally attacking posters , rather than debating the issues. It is not me that you have given money to run a business. It is TIS.
