I should add that I don't see any of the problems that I and others have identified as insoluble. They most certainly could be fixed. However the first step is in accepting there have been problems, identifying their causes and calmly and methodically remedying them. Shooting messengers, going into a complete state of denial and putting your head in the sand like most of the Stevesters on this thread do wont solve anything and indeed makes it worse.
