There should and I believe is a natural justice and the ASX should be a level playing field .People need to invest with the confidence that all are being treated equally and fairly--if not why not?The regulators (including government )are asleep at the wheel here.I can only applaud any effort to rectify the situation.all it takes for evil to prevail is for good men/women to do nothing.So if you have suffered loses through that event go hard .
