For clarification, I made no mention of downramping. Nothing in my post alluded to it and I didn't seek out or include any quotes to demonstrate such. I can however see how people minds may concider that as a logical extension given certain behaviour but that is not something that I explored in my post. I make no inferrence as such.
I believe Sandys own quotes demonsrate exactly how bullish he was all the way up to the peak of 23c and that he continued to openly predict share prices could double even well after the SP fell down to earth. He spruiked the stock as much as the next guy and Orga inferrence that he predicted the fall from 23c to 5c is rediculous, unless of course retrosepctive predictions count.
In fact, as recently as March this year Sandys was still spruiking the stock. It is just me that remembers trying to talk Sandys down from the ledge that he put himself on? Sandys was insistant that the SP would double by the end of the month. If it didn't he would sell up and move on. Did either ever happen? Of course not. Many of us here, myself included, openly stated that such claims of the SP doubling were a little silly and that he was setting himself and others up for disappointment. One could infer that he was attempting to ramp the stock.
It is Orgas repeated attempted to ram Sandys position down our throats that I object to. Insisting that we listen to him and making demonstrably incorrect statements about him being the "sane voice" are odd at best. Calling all and sundry "rampers and spruikers" for not agreeing with Sandys just feels contemptuous and hypocritical given the real world facts.
Sandys is entitled to his opinions and I fully support his right to post them. I am however jack of this affirmative action attitude by some that its wrong to disagree with anybody who is in the minority.
Last week we had Sandys making up formulas to try and prove that his imaginary 17 were preventing people from reading his posts, despite the evidence to the contrary, and this week we suddenly have Orga trying to paint Sandys as a visionary who predicted the SP fall from 23c to 5c. Both appear complete baseless and insulting.
