Last I heard:
1. Chris Cairns and the board had been abducted by terrorists
2. The resource base had been declared a fraud
3. Western Australia had succeeded from Australian and passed a law prohibiting the personal holding of gold shares.
4. IGR was close to bankrupt and was being bought by Silver Lake.
