It'd be cheaper just to bid for the whole company.
No one's ever talked about it, but isn't there the possibility of running any commercial discovery for ES through Prelude?
Wouldn't it make sense to take on the whole 17% Prelude + ES and then flog off the rest?
Wish I had some spare money, I would be buying a few more to average down.
