Verus Announces Change of Company SecretarThe Verus Board Limited announces the resignation of Mr Craig Nelmes as Company Secretary.
Mr. Nelmes has been replaced by Ms. Sylvia Moss with immediate effect. Ms. Moss is a qualified
Accountant with over 8 years experience in the mining sector in Australia and overseas and holds a
Bachelor of Accounting degree from University of South Africa. Ms. Moss has been the Financial
Controller for Verus since December 2011.
The Board expresses its appreciation of Mr. Nelmes’s valuable contributions to the Company over the last
5 years.
