My thoughts regarding how deal/s will affect the shareprice movement is the unknown at this stage is WHO is watching ADO and yet to make a move on building their holding in the company.

I agree DS that some investors may be hesitant even after a deal but I think it is the bigger eyes that have ADO on the radar are the ones to watch.

The liquidity for them if they believe will be between 10-15 cents as a longterm investment - When your average Joe retail investor is banking profits of 100% odd at 14-15 cents you could well be providing much bigger hands a chance to collect your shares.

It will be these larger investors/funds that understand the value of what these deals mean long term.

For even just as a minimum valuation for the company and the technology perhaps it is worthwhile thinking what Life Technologies would pay for ADO to stop any chance of eliminating their market leading position (DYNAL)in the bead market who supply most of the Top 10 IVD companies and I think have about 50% of the $1B pa bead market.

Life Tech know we can turn cheaper beads into ones that perform better than their market leading Dynal beads - No doubt there are contracts in place between Life Tech and all the major IVD companies - The question is what decision do the IVD majors make when the contracts with Dynal run out?

My base valuation for ADO has always been on what Life Tech would pay for ADO to keep from losing major contracts to other bead manufacturers.

With Life Techs customers totalling at a guess at least 30-40% of the IVD market you can start to see the value in ADO's Mixngo tech.
