    We cannot be certain.

    However based on PPT notice and Cogent 8mil shares, there was a variance of around 3.3mil, which comes from the
    Citigroup Transition shares.

    Todays cross aligns with that 3.3mil variance i had.

    I will know for certain mid next week if that is the case.
