I am not an MCO bull BUT I will be surprised if they do not raise at least $10 million.
It might be VERY dilutory- it could double the shares on issue- BUT I believe MCO will come out of this suspension.
It may not be next Tuesday, but it will happen. There is too much interest in gold for that not to happen
