I am amused how management can construct a meaningful PFS/DFS without a rail or other freight solution. It must assume firstly that a solution will arrive and secondly it must assume the cost and when.
I hold. And do not mean to downramp. I hold on the basis that there is a very large SP gap without and with freight solution.
It is a gamble based on cost and when.
