Apparently it seems you are displaying a lack of knowledge by even try to lable our market with an American event. Subprime was a terrible event where lending standard where abhorrent. The main cause of sub prime was due to the honeymoon rates first up. It certainly shows you missing something and just throwing out lines for dumbs up, and satisfying the bear hunger to give them hope for an event that has been coming for 5 years on HC.
