    I'm glad there is a takeover offer for PMR, reflects the strong interest and confidence in our projects.

    But the offer is not good enough. Also SOC's $500,000 in the bank is not good for us to merge with them, we have over $1.3m.

    A better offer is needed to get us over the line and we are in the better and stronger position then SOC.
