Clarification of Eligibility Requirements for Collaborative Projects
The previous version of the Customer Guidelines (Feb 2012) incorrectly stated that 'in a collaborative project, the energy or emissions threshold can be met by adding the electricity or fuel consumption levels of all parties involved in the collaboration'.
The rules for collaborative projects in relation to the eligibility test for the energy or emissions threshold are as follows:
for projects where all project partners are eligible applicants, each project partner must meet all eligibility requirements including the energy or emissions threshold
for projects where the lead applicant is an eligible applicant and other project partners are members of the applicant's supply chain, the lead applicant must meet all eligibility requirements including the energy or emissions consumption threshold
hopefully this helps Collette
