Currently Thor only own 25% of Springhill. They need to spend A$1.5M by 2013 (c 1m already spent) to increase this to 51% and a further A$1.5M by 2014 to acquire 80%. Both of these + shares to the total value A$0.75M. So how many shares will be in issue to fund this + ongoing expenses? At least another 160M. How old is Mick Billing? Another couple of years inflated salary at shareholders expense and he can bow out in comfort. Not so sure my investment is likely to be so safe
