If the manager changes and there is a move to sack them I would be all for it but my vote is not in the millions.
Wishful thinking is that they will internalise the management rights which will cost a buck but would be a good idea.
Sacking a monager depends entirely on the management agreement which are usually notoriously one sided.
The existing manager had some skin in the game which may have tempered any urge to gouge.
Given the good job done by the existing manager a change may be for the worse.
Could be a buying oportunity coming up.
