chuk great timing your post. a question i would like to ask as i reckon you may have been investing in the mid to late seventies.
average price of gold in 1977 was $147 in us dollars
in 1980 it average was $615
do you have any examples of what producers done in that period?
and companies that went from explores to producers?
reason is it will hopefully highlight what you are saying about the zero npv of buckaneer & how the change in gold price brings large bulk projects into play.
so what i understand is that while we will benefit from the rise in the gold price in the high ounce project of old pirate, the 800 pound elephant would be buckaneer.
