The theme of a great flood wiping out civilisation is universal in nearly all ancient cultures so I believe there is some truth whether encrypted of not.
However to take it literally as word for word is a bit silly.

jaques,or maybe it dosent make sense to you,because you are trying to understand things in the context of today,and assuming you understand,that the way things operate today,our atmosphere the way the world is,was the the way it always was
have you ever thought,that just maybe,your thoughts are based on alot of assumptions in this matter?
because they are very easily explained when put in context
also,i laugh when i see, people with actually very little knowledge of the subject they are attacking,posting things like zeitgiest,yes it draws the people in with its facts about 9/11 etc,but then,when analyzed,falls terribly to pieces
all the evidence contained in zeitgest are secondary sources,jaques,i know you mean well,but try and know you subject matter a little better,how about more of your own research and subject matter than just parroting alex jones every second post??what do you think,what is your research?
