There was a baker delivering bread in the early hours to a store in the city a while back when he was attacked unprovoked by a drunk Sudanese migrant, he beat him so badly he was unrecognisable. In court, the Sudanese man claimed psychological disorders and being the victim of a war-torn country seeing members of his family killed etc...
I'll give you the hot tip. If this prick had pulled that on me, not only would i have flogged him with my bread tray i would also be suing the government for bringing in citizens from a war-torn country without properly rehabilitating them to integrate into society. If its good enough for him to get off its good enough for us to sue.
