i am a diabetes 2 sufferer
you can't convert sugar
however there is a way around this
you actually have two systems for converting sugar
one relies on hormones (which you can't produce anymore) and the other is exercise
muscles that are under stress need energy
so what you do is just exercise continuously
that way you don't have to worry to much about sugar in your diet
i think you have to do three or four hours a day
I recently cycled 3000 km around asia
my weight actually went from 95k to 76 k
at one point i started to see creases forming on my stomach
i now have to find another form of exercise that lasts about 4 hours a day
eg martial arts, maybe surfing when the weather warms up
at present i am in the process of transitioning to another exercise program ie I am doing sweetfa
unfortunately the symptoms of diabetes 2 are returning
eg numbness in extremities
Anyway my advice as a sufferer is to exercise like a madman
Does anybody have any ideas on activities that result in 4 hours of exercise?
