james, directors are being lead down the garden path by crooks....expect another delay IMO....something like "NDRC are really really close to making decision just need some more time to asses complexitie of the deal".......trouble is our mmanagemtns will comply and go along this deadend path.

instead of saying we are happy for hanlong to persue NDRC/CDB approvals for 57c T/O bid, and in the meantime SDL will also get back on track and do what it needs to do to increase shareholder value...
