    No one will give PNO funding with the share price at these levels, and with the current sales/cost ratio!!!. End of story,..

    PNO has maybe 12 months to find some kind of private support, or else it will go to shell valuation, and wait for the next Palermo idea.

    This is extremely high risk stuff, and the chances of success are rediculously small. Only invest what you can mentally afford to lose.
