Not saying it can't come up with something, we all live in hope. I am just saying those who think a capital raising is imminent need to understand it can't do one at these price levels even if it wanted.

I remember ANP was looking like it was being painted into a corner, then suddenly it leapt from 0.7 cents to 4 cents (memories), and was able to raise again easily. PNO needs to manufacture a share price run before it can raise. Let's see what they can do.
