I hold shares in this company and for the full period of my holding I have felt concern as to the ethics of directors who obviously trade the shares of the company they direct . I suggest that anyone interested in this company take this concern to the directors themselves for clarification . I would find the company a more comfortable hold if I had more faith in the leadership . The amount of notices posted of buys and sells by directors I find unacceptable and wonder if the regulator has taken an any interest .
