    For those that believe there is even a half decent chance that the offer goes through there is now 100% upside to the offer price ... before you sell, isnt it atleast worth waiting to see what happens with NDRC at the end of this month?

    Either Im very wrong or this presents as a possible once in a lifetime opportunity to get 100% upside in a terrible market ... just ask what are the odds this hanlong transaction will proceed.

    Risk is weighted to the upside IMO
