    Some of the brokers like Morgan StanleySmith Barney are choosing to see the glass half full. I.e. allowing themselves to recant on how the promoted the $1.30 raising to clients.

    In that case they are saying it pushes start up to 2014. makes their projected EPS for 2013 fall to negative.
