Email JP Doogs and ask about the difference in batches. You will get the same stock standard response that I got. Basically slight variations between composition of batches as they continue to perfect the product and it's stability issues. Different supplier of active ingredient. No material or noticeable difference between batch effectiveness.
The product has not been tested on blah blah blah but we expect it will work the same. If concerned please speack to your GP. It will not work for everyone but has shown rapid improvement and reduction in pain for many. The response time has varied from near instant to 4hours.
Some reports suggest one application required, whilst others upto four. It is prescribed on box for maximum 3 applications/day.
Repeat use can in some instances reduce effectiveness but in other cases it remains effective.
Basically they don't make any promises and nor should they imo.
