Globe needs to issue a statement.
Shareholders are entitled to know what is transpiring on a corporate level in light of:
Various company releases emphasizing how undervalued the stock price is; this served as motivation for the “share buy back”
Recent changes to the board and company secretary.
The MD selling virtually his entire shareholding in the company.
Is ECE tightening it’s control of the company in response to something, or in preparation for something?
What will MS roll and involvement be in future?
