Hopefully the MC is much higher when the DFS is delivered, so a mixture of debt and equity would work.

They do have a lot of their resources in the indicated category as well not only inferred, and would expect more in the measured when the infill drilling is completed. The measured and indicated categories are the resources that the FSs will be done on, and we will see what makes the mining reserve when that is completed.

In regards to the refractory sulphide component in part of the Konkers resource (not all of it as there is significant oxide resources) is that the gold can be recovered by either, roasting, bug leach, pressure oxidation, or by ultra fine grinding (UFG) of the sulphide flot concentrate. Fortunately, UFG works for Konks, thus reducing the capex for recovery of this component.

The reason Tower mills, stirred ball mills or the Isa Mill are used for UFG is that it is much more power efficient over conventional ball milling...this is a good thing, and one has to remember only the sulphide flot concentrate has to be finely ground, probably around 3 to 5% mass of the refractory resource component of the ore body.

Fine grinding mills have a lower capex installed cost over conventional mills, smaller footprints, no rotating mass which requires substantial concrete foundations.

The objective for AMX now is to increase the oxide resource component with the other prospects, get up and running, and later put the sulphide flotation circuit and UFG grinding circuit when required, funded out of cash flow. This circuit would not be required for well into LOM.
