Of course, you are right - the receivers of ESIO's worth 1.1c for nothing - they would be confident and happy.
It's the current holders of ESIO who have paid their hard earned to buy ESIO to just see management hand 300,000,000 ESIO for nothing that I feel for.
Wasn't there another CR recently in June where a stack of ESIO was handed out for nil consideration as well? 22.2 million worth of them?
I'm not certain how anyone holding/trading ESIO would be happy about that sort of dilution.
The good thing though is once the ESIO are in the money and converted a stack of dollars should come though the door in early 2014 all being well.
