The words used in the march quarterly were
"Management anticipates production to be flat when compared to the previous quarter"
"the production division will continue to put previously drilled wells online through out the quarter.
My assumption was flat seemed conservative given new wells were being added coupled with small decline.
The results did not meet my expectation nor managements. There may be lots of good reasons why production was lower but it does at least make me cautious.
Coupled with the current crappy market I dont see any reason to rush in
