    CTO has traded (effectively) under many names over the years, Charters Gold Mines was the incarnation before the present one I beleive. Classic case everyone gets gold fever when they look at this dog, the only people who have ever done any good out of this one are the Executive and others who are well educated.


    My opinion of course.
