    Hello drabf.
    Good post.
It's always good to see others opinions and points of view.

    Oversold??
    Yes it is.
According to the respected Williams %R indicator QFX has been oversold for 4 weeks running.Currently sitting at 96, which means very oversold.

The subtle changes are starting to appear in the sell side.
Volume has dropped dramatically in the past 3 days.
And very dramatically in the past 2 weeks.

For weeks no matter how much volume went through the market the sell side would not drop below the 8 million mark. The short amounts just kept flooding in from off the screen.

This week alone the sell side volume has dropped from the 6 and half million range to it's current 4.6 million.
Also today the shorts kicked it off coming in at .69 but as the day progressed all low 7s had gone and the ask is now .74.

Also if you look at the high end of the sell side amounts of .14 to .165 have returned with about 1.4 million of volume.

If you look purely at current financials then your opinion looks good.
But if you look at your last points.
    1. Growth Potential.
    2. First Mover advantage.
    3. Margins tightening.
Coupled with changing market sentiment and very successful subs numbers due out soon, then the tide starts to turn.

    1. The growth potential of QFX is enormous. The stated growth by the board is 1 million by 2016. on your sums which are fair, 180 x 1,000,000. 180,000,000

This potential is real as QFX above all competitors are the most flexible with content and how it is viewed. They are at the forefront of this IPTV technology and are first to implement same.

    2. First Mover advantage. Qfx have this and the board are working feverishly through promotion, advertising and increased content to maintain it. As I saw in an article for online designer handbags the other day, the author stated that the business was "the quickflix of online designer bags."
This product association is what is being built right now.

    3. If you compare QFX to all competitors you will find that they are best value for money. Hands down.

As technology evolves so do Quickflix.
Let's remember they started 7 years ago in physical DVD with the CEO always knowing that IPTV would be the future.
And for those that still enjoy the DVD/BluRay they have over 50,000 titles still to choose from.
Also content wise QFX have the licence to these DVDs etc and they slowy filter into the Watchnow package.
So yes I firmly believe that margins will be matained.
$14.99 for all you can watch?? not bad value I'd say.

Anyway time will tell and reveal all.
