When you mention takeover, one of possible explanation for SP drop could be that some funds who have bought AMX in the last few months in expectations of quick takeover & easy money are exiting through main door relentlessly. If deal is announced one day than IMO many shareholders will be very disappointed with final results as this is defiantly buyers market. No high expectation for sure unless confidence in the market return!!!!!!
