Yes i believe the 30cents is being challenged at the moment. But as long as close at 30cents or above(will look good on the weekly chart), we safe.
I think closing at either side of the 30cents is a very indicator about what NDRC decision.
If the market deteriorate which i believe it well and the Howlong doesn't get the NDRC approval, then 0.17 may become the target.
0.33-(0.49(april high)-0.33(dec low))=0.17
we have to remember that the support at 0.14-0.0.2 has been tested and also the gap at 0.18 has not been close.
I know i said this in the past which seemed hard to believe even myself, because i was thinking of the take over. Now i do believe my self 110%. this take is becoming the worst i ever known.
